i want to connect my airpod-2 with an android phone and iphone at the same time kindly suggest

I am using airpod(gen2) and in this i want to connect my two mobiles (one android and other iphone11) at the same time kindly suggest what i have to do as i am regular traveller and without this option airpods are useless for me
