Purchasing uncompleted

I`m trying to add gold to a subscription and I keep getting this error: Your purchase could not be completed. Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction. (Then I click ok, and then this comes up) - Error Code: 0 Cannot Connect to iTunes Store.

If you supplied a credit or debit card, check its details. If they're correct, or you're using a different payment method, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
