I have tried to upgrade to ios 13.3 but I get the message "Software Update Failed, An error occurred downloading iOS 13. Then Im supposed to delete the update and download it again but I cant find where to delete it?

I just checked Apple’s System Status page, and it says there’s a problem downloading from the App Store. That might be the problem. Check this page, and check back—>http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
If you still have a problem after this shows that it is resolved take it to an Apple store.
Head to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Locate the update file on the list.
I have tried, but its not there...
If you don’t see the update in the list of apps or if the issue happens again, you need to update your device with your computer using Finder or iTunes.
Aha okej, and if I in Itunes get this message "Driver not installed" what do I do then? :)

What if I do not have a computer and am having this same issue? Go to an Apple store and connect there? Thank you.
