the purchase could not be completed

Hello! I bought a 50 Pound UK iTunes gift card, which I successfully redeemed, but whenever I try to purchase anything, such as vbucks in Fortnite, or such as an app, it shows me a message that the purchase could not be completed and you have to contact apple support.
