My MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) does not see the update for os Catalina.

Run this command in the Terminal then reopen System Preferences > Software Update.

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored

I get the attached error it says the requested version of mac os is not available. Any thoughts?
