Problems creating an account

Hi. I have just created an account but it's saying that I have to review my account to sign in. Aftrt I fill in the info Name, address, bank details etc it then says I have to come to www.itunes.com/support/ww.

As the message shows, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
