deleted trash mail
i accidentally moved all my mail to the trash folder and then deleted all the trash mail. is there anyway i can recover these lost emails?

Probably not. Log into your email on your computer with a browser to their web based mail application. See if the mail is there. If not, it is gone. Deleting mail from Trash is just that, it is gone.
