HELP - Where are my text attachments [voice texts received] - Have A Fix Yet Apple?

Hi All -

Long time iPhone/iPad user. Long time worker at home. Working from home, I rely on my phone text attachments as I transcribe my clients iMessages via voice transcription. In years past, I would access my attachments, screenshots, etc in the contact information button — uhm — I’ve seen very little on this snafu, but certainly others rely on the iMessage voice as well.

So who can assist or add to this so we can finally receive resolution on this problem that has been an issue for me close to a year now. It is really affecting my speed and overall performance as I must listen to each memo and start over if I need clarification; whereas in the past, the message would open in voice memo’s and you could skip ahead to any point in the dictation.

Where are my text attachments [voice texts received]??

Is there an app that anyone uses that fixes this issue? I do not, repeat - do not have a computer. So the whole uploading via iTunes, usb, will not work in my case. Also, I am running iOS 13 [Beta]. iPhone XS Max and IPad Pro 11.
