Hey siri can't respond when playing a music

why hey siri can't respond when music is playing? I'm using iphone x. Please tell me how to fix it?

There's nothing to fix. This is actually expected behavior. There isn't a problem with your iPhone.

When music or any other content is playing, Siri will not respond to "Hey Siri", but Siri will respond the Power button being held down as normal, and again once music or anything else has stopped playing.
