Same here. Quit in my Watch and iPhone. Went to a store and when it didn’t work, the clerk said their Apple Pay stopped working today (Jan 16th) as well. I asked what bank they used and they said TD Bank (Canada). Same bank as me so I thought it was a TD issue. Called bank and they were unaware of any issues. Then I found out my wife also had her Apple Pay quit and she uses a different bank. So clearly not a bank specific issue. And happened on the same day. Too much to be a coincidence.

So without doing anything at all my Apple Pay is now working again on both my iPhone and Watch.
