You may find, or already have found, that you now have several apps which can no longer be used. Initially, the best thing to do is identify them and then go to each vendor's support page and check for current downloads which can upgrade the app to 64 bit function. This may be true as well for printer drivers and scanners. If your app(s) can not be upgraded (for free) you will have to pay for current ones or look at alternatives. For instance, there are free alternatives to Microsoft office. These have been discussed at length on this site, so I'd suggest you check around. If you need more specific advice, you should ask more specific questions.
