Apple has not made any announcement if or when Apple TV+ will be available in Kenya.

Do your Part: Not one here would know of that answer; this is just a User-to-User forum. So, contact your Government and recommend that it become an option. The more they (government officials) hear of the desire, the more they may consider it.
