iTunes subscription and billing

My iTunes says I have no subscriptions, but Netflix is saying I am billed through iTunes. So I can’t access payment for it on either channel. Please advise.

Did you follow these steps?: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If so, make sure, that you are using the Apple ID that the subscription was started with. Subscriptions are tied to the Apple ID, and not transferrable, so if you had an older Apple ID, and you at some point created a new one for any reason, the subscription remains with the old one.
