Troubleshooting the new Health app

Hello all.

Now that I’ve updated my operating system to 13.3, my prescription/allergy/emergency contact info is now nearly impossible to find.

I’ve slowly gotten used to it - although it takes much more time which keeps a doctor waiting.

Does anyone have a work around, another app to suggest or a way to put it on the phone that’s easy to find?

My biggest concern is that for first responders who actually are aware that info can be accessed on a locked phone, this new iOS method is impossible for them to deal with unless they have the same phone, if at all. I ran into this issue a few months ago.

Sorry so long-winded. Thanks.

When the phone is locked, go to the page with the passcode punchpad. Tap emergency at the bottom, and tap medical id. If it doesn't show up here, go into the medical id in health app and turn on the setting that allows you to view it when phone is locked.

Thank you very much for your reply. My issue is having to navigate through the steps, heart rate, etc., information to get to the medical ID choice. Also, the easily found medication and allergy list requires a connection with your health provider, which doesn’t always provide the current information.
