Purple spots on a dark screen

Hello there, I've had my Mac for a long time (it's a 15inch retina 2013 macbook pro) but I've never had any issues and suddenly I see these purple tiny spots on a dark grey screen or a black screen, how do I fix this? I've attached pictures of what it looks like, it's only on the right hand side of the screen though. Will my computer break I'm honestly really worried
