Recently Installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro 15 inch 2018 model and I am having issues with Bluetooth. When I go to Device manager I noticed that the Apple Broadcom Bluetooth Driver isn't showing. I tried downloading the drivers on a usb stick and then repairing the bootcamp software but that doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to get the driver properly installed.

That is how device manager looks when I open it. I do not see the Apple Broadcom Driver listed. If I manually try to update Bluetooth Radio the Apple Driver Appears but when installing it gives me a code 52 Error
Yes I do. The main issue is when I have my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard connected Bluetooth audio stutters. Also the mic on my Bluetooth headset will not work. Is there any way to fix those issues
Can you expand the Network Adapter tree, right-click on the Wireless Adapter and check the driver version. In the older Broadcom drivers, there is an explicit BT/WiFi collaboration setting, which is no in the newer drivers. We should check what you have.
Can you check Windows Device Manager?
The card is a combined BT/WiFi card. Do you see a 802.11ac Broadcom driver?
As a test, turn-off wifi and test if BT alone works properly?
I tried that and the issue still persist
If you disable WiFi temporarily, can you also run SMC and NVRAM Reset, before you test?
I have tried that as well and there is still the same issue.
