Global tracks. Can't find my Signature Track

Question

Global tracks. Can't find my Signature Track

Just got Logic Pro X, I only have two global tracks showing: Arrangement and Tempo. How do I get a signature track? I want multiple time signatures in my piece. Thanks in advance!!

You may have to enable "Advanced Tools".

Logic Pro X -> Preferences -> Advanced Tools... -> enable everything (just in case)

All I have is Tracks > Global Tracks > Hide Global Tracks (plus options for arrangement track, movie track, transposition track, and tempo track.
