Block that Caller:

That is a scam call. Apple wont call you telling you that. Add that phone number to your block callers list:

If you did provide information, consider the following:

• Open a New eMail Account, and Use a New Password
• Don't Share that Information with Anyone Whomsoever
• Enable Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Don't believe those callers. Apple will never call you about a breach. These are scam callers and they try and extract your information out of you so they can use it. Just hang up on these guys.
