Hi,

At least once or few times a day my 2017 MacBook Pro 13" running High Sierra 10.13.6 restarts when it is put to sleep and I get kernel panic messages. Can someone please help!

All are nVME fatal error. That refers to the access method used by the Boot SSD drive. You have a drive problem.

There was a recall for some of these, but I don't know if the recall included yours. You can get a diagnosis at your appointment at an Apple-owned store (if available to you) for free.
