I cannot find a way to track my iPhone through serial number or imei

Hello I have lost my iPhone and I didn’t turn on the Find my iPhone on that phone . This is my serial number and Imei . how do I track my iPhone with serial number and IMEI

You can't. If you chose to not use Find My, you can't track it. Your only option is to look for it the old fashioned way.
