Hi,
I am running bootcamp on my Touch Bar Macbook Pro with an external display, keyboard and mouse.
I realize that the touch bar does not turn off with the keyboard back light when I am putting the MBP in clampshell mode. Is there a workaround for this? I would like to prevent the burn in of the OLED Touch Bar when I am not using it.

The sequence of powering off USB devices is not a good check. What is the Power Management setting for the Touch Bar?
Does the TB turn off when you are in macOS and clam-shell mode?
I’ve checked but could not seem to find any Power Management setting specific for the Touch Bar.
Look under Windows Device Manager -> HID -> Apple Touch Bar .
Can you post a screen shot of this screen with both - Lid Open and Lid Fully-closed?
This is in the fully open state.
This is in clam-shell mode.
It does! But it doesn't do so in bootcamp.
Also I clicked on the "Solved" link by accident and can't seem to change the status of this discussion.
Touch Bar is connected via the USB layer. How are you determining if TB is on in clam-shell mode.

Yup! I have the exact same settings as what you shown.
I don’t have access to an external display right now, but will update this thread when get back home.
Anyway thanks for the help so far, appreciate it!
Post the Lid-Fully Open state, till you are ready for the clam-shell mode.
