Im not getting my text alerts and the green bubble doesn’t show the number of new text. I can’t figure out how to fix it. I asked two of my friends that work at Apple and they didn’t know either. Please help!!

Have you checked the Notifications section for Messages?
Go To Settings-->>Notifications-->>Messages and make sure that Allow Notifications is set to ON. Under Alerts make sure that all three options have a check mark and Badges is set to ON.
