Shared iPads and auto-lock

In our school we have shared iPads and administrated appleid in Light Speed MDM.

The iPads auto-lock after 2 minutes. It is impossible for our youngest pupils o work so fast - so they need to log in many many many times in a lesson.

The support at Light Speed Community reply: "In regards to shared iPads and auto-lock. This cannot be configured in your MDM. With shared devices it does auto-lock after 2 minutes to ensure another user does not access the account."

Is it possible that Apple can make a change in the configuration, så it will be possible to set up the auto-lock time individually - and the best will be if it can be administrated in the MDM profile?
