payment processed funds not added to apple baalnce

Hey!

i bought 2x10euro via the iPhone threw add funds to apple id, i used iDeal and payed with Rabobank. It worked usually. The money was sent, but i did not get it in the apple id. Please can you guys check it in the system, otherwise i can send the print screen of the proof of the transaction.

We are users like you, not Apple employees, so we don't have access to your data to make the changes you are requesting.


Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes and then back in to see if that refreshes your account balance?


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
