Don’t see my startup disk

So yesterday I needed to reinstall macOS and for some reason it would stop when I’m downloading a new version so I deleted my startup disk and now I cannot find it HELP

If you can boot into Recovery Mode, then within Disk Utility click on "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical drive appears in the left pane of Disk Utility. If you do not see the physical drive, then your drive may have failed.
