I keep getting phone calls saying my iCloud has been compromised. They call every 30 minutes. I assume this is a scam. Tell me to call toll free 208-262-****.

It is a scam. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

One way to avoid such calls is the new option in iOS 13: Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
