iPhone shows "audio" instead of "speaker" when placing or answering phone calls

I'm using iPhone software Version 13.3 with an iPhone 8. When placing or receiving calls while connected to WiFi my iPhone shows "Audio" instead of "Speaker," and when I press "Audio" I get a menu, and have to select "Speaker" from other options, including my iPad and Apple TV. How can I stop this nonsense without turning off WiFi? I just want to see "Speaker" like it used to be. Once again, previous software versions were an improvement over the newer ones.

When you are in an area where there are more audio sources available, you will see this adjustment in the choices. If you are away from your iPad and Apple TV, that would not appear. There is no way to change that setting on the iPhone. You can provide feedback to Apple about your thoughts here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple

Thanks for the very quick response. You assessed my issue correctly, but the apparently-correct-answer is a disappointment. I have submitted my thoughts to Apple Feedback as you suggested I do. Again, in this particular case, the old seems to be an improvement over the new (as is so often the case).
