How to STOP icloud handoff and file sharing between computers

I have two computers one is a MacBook Pro the second is a iMac desktop. I do not want them to handoff or share files. I use one for work and the other as home computer. I want them to remain separate. For example if I save a file to my desktop it shows up on the other computers desktop.

I have disabled handoff and stopped sharing files. I took screenshots and attached below. What am I not doing? Please help

1) I turned off Allow Handoff (restarted computer) Did not work

2) Unchecked all file sharing (restarted computer)

This is due to your iCloud Drive settings, not Handoff or file sharing.

Turn iCloud Drive off on one or both of your Macs, and this stops. That would keep your content from being synced to any iOS devices you use with the same Apple ID.
