Activation Lock

My iPhone has an activation lock which requires my Apple ID to unlock, however when inputting my credentials, notification that my mail can not be used to unlock.


Please urgently assist.

It's locked to a different Apple ID. You need to log in with that one, or if you're the iPhone's original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt.
