I got a call from apple inc and they said that my icloud was breached for suspicious activity? is everything okay do i need to worry?

The call was not from Apple. They don't make unsolicited phone calls. It was a scam. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
