My battery health has reduced to 97% in 4 months can i get replacement of battery or the phone

No. Battery Health is an estimation, and unless the health is 80% or less after one year, Apple will not replace the battery or the iPhone. It will change based on charges, usage. There is no problem with a battery displaying 97% at 4 months. Don't keep watching it. You will drive yourself crazy. Don't look again unless your iPhone stops working.
