How do you change the screensaver for the login screen on Catalina?

How do you change the screensaver for the login screen on Catalina? The new default login screen screensaver causes my Mac Mini to overheat so the fan runs really loud.

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Found this terminal command to disable the screensaver:

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.screensaver loginWindowIdleTime 0
