Am I the only one that has a problem with the weaker vibration on the iphone X? I have my phone on silent at work and I miss numerous of calls since I do not notice the vibration of the phone on my desk. Never had the same problem with my iphone SE. So is the phone in general, the iOS 13.x or is something wrong with my phone?

I suggest checking out this article to Change iPhone sounds and vibrations and test to see if a different vibration pattern has the same issue, or if the issue is specific to one vibration pattern.
