Keyboard size
I want to reduce the size of the keyboard cause it covers almost half of the screen! How do i do it?

Like this? With the keyboard displayed, use thumb and forefinger and squeeze them together. Use the same method, but spread thumb and forefinger apart to zoom keyboard to original size. While the keyboard is in the small size it can be repositioned by dragging to desired location.

When looking at the Apple Support document I previously supplied, you will see that the Floating Keyboard is considerably smaller. If it ever obstructs your content then you can move it anywhere else you would like.
Would the split keyboard serve your needs? If so, use your thumb and forefinger, spread them apart on the full size keyboard to creat split mode. Reverse the process to reunite the keyboard.
Thanx for replying but my issue isn't the location of it. I want it smaller in size?

yes it is smaller but then very small, writing is too difficult... seems that there is no oprion of making it lets say 40%, etc smaller.

this is valid for floating keyboard which is too small for writing comfortably. And you cannot squeeze or enlargen to the size you want.
