Hacked again

So I have my first apple phone but this makes the 3rd phone that’s been hacked in 2 years. I thought privacy was better on these. But I think the person who gave it to me might have one something because I can’t access the 2 factor authentication to turn it off. And I never got to set up my security questions or anything. Even after a factory reset. Who ever it is is in my alarm system and lots of things. What’s a good suggestion so I don’t keep dealing w this forever? Granted probably getting a new phone again but help in the mean time....

Here is what the person should have done before giving you the iPhone:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

See the "Check for Activation Lock before you buy a device from someone else" section in the following article for what you should do before accepting the iPhone:

Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If you followed the above steps, then your iPhone should be secure unless someone has access to your Apple ID & password.

If you want help, you're going to have to actually explain your problem.

An iPhone that has not been jailbroken can not be 'hacked'. Or, at the very least, it's unlikely in the extreme.

It's entirely possible your iCloud account has been compromised, but it's impossible for us to say what's actually going on since you've provided no actual information.
