I have tried every fix for Face ID and it’s still not working. What should I do?

Do you have a full screen, screen protector on your phone (one without a notch at the top)?

Probably have to reset it, follow these directions
Ever drop the device or gotten it wet?
Has the screen been replaced by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
My protector has a notch.
