Chances are it will probably be a refurbished phone.
It don't matter, same warranty.
I had bought an iPhone 6 and ended up going through 5 phones in a short time because everything was lousy with the quality control. One had volume button go out, another the power button died, another the speaker dies, etc.
It will be the same as a new device.
