Downloads from icloud to pc came over as IMG, HEIC, MOV..don't have a clue what do to to make them jpegs so I can SEE them!!

How did the pics in icloud turn into img heic, mov that can't be opened???

How did you download them?

If you long press on the download icon in iCloud, request the most compatible version.
