If i want to purchase only 50 GB, should i pay for every month ? Either it is consumed or not? What if i pay only one time for 50GB than can i use that space after the end of that month?

It is billed monthly. It is similar to renting storage space or renting an apartment -- you pay for it for as long as you use it.
