I bought an iPhone 11 Pro and its case on Jan 17, and it should arrive on Jan 20. But when I check order status today, I can not find my order in my account. It says I have no orders that were placed in the last 18 months. What has happened???

Did you try using just the order number and your email address and order number and not logging into your account?
Are you sure you have the correct number? Is this copied from your order confirmation email?
You might want to call Apple instead.
It said, ”The information you entered does not match our records. Please try again.”
I could find my order yesterday, but it has disappeared today.
My order has disappeared!
