My i phone 11 was not working in india

Last September i have purchase i phone 11 to best buy but my i phone 11 was lock i can't use this phone so please unlock this phone.my mail id

Apple can not unlock your phone.

Best Buy does not sell unlocked phones.

That phone can only be activated in a US carrier and will lock to the first carrier used.

Once activated, only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

You will have to take it back to Canada, USA or Mexico where ever you have bought it from and get the iPhone unlocked there. Nothing can be done remotely
