Why isn't there a voice memos app on my apple watch? When I first got it, it was there, but now it's gone! When I try to download it on my phone it says "OPEN", as if I already have it on the apple watch. What is wrong?

If the issue persists, create a backup of your Apple Watch. Then unpair and repair your watch.

By the way you need a phone with ios13 or higher to update to watchos6.
Ummm, the app store isn't there either
I tried both of them, but I still don't have the voice memos app or the app store. Maybe it is because of the version? Is it too low?
The watch app store was introduced in watchos6 along with voice memo's.
Wait so my watch is version 5.3.6, so it won't have it? How do I get it to update?
