Are emergency contacts only notified from the watch if the call is placed to first responders or the individual does not respond to the watch? When are contacts notified? Can emergency contacts be notified of a fall?

Emergency Contacts are notified after a call is placed and completed to Emergency Services. That is when the contact is made to the Emergency Contacts. They cannot be notified before Emergency Services.
