IPod Gen. 7 Flickering.

Today, I accidentally dropped my IPod from less than a foot onto rugged flooring. When I looked at it, the game I was playing was all glitches out. (though the screen had not been damaged) It stayed like this and then turned into Black and White stripes across my screen. I finally restarted my IPod- which mostly fixed it. Except... the edges of my screen are now flickering. Please help me, I’m very worried since this thing isn’t even 2 months old.
