Help my iPhone XR was stolen

Can I track my stolen iPhone XR by the IMEI#? The SIM was taken out and left behind. I have it in this phone.

You cannot track your iPhone by IMEI.

No. You can use Find My iPhone to place it in lost mode but not much else.
