Beachballing

Please help. I constantly see the beach ball. I ran Etrecheck and the report is:

Go step by step and test.


Uninstall Trend Micro and if that helps.


Startup in Safe Mode   https://support.apple.com/lv-lv/HT201262

To exit Safe Mode click the Restart button at the bottom of the screen.


Repair Disk (Storage device).

Reset PRAM:  Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support


Reset  SMC:   How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support Choose the appropriate method.
