Error Message: Cannot sync Iphone as connection reset
Backing up iPhone 7 complete but then received message that could not sync iPhone as connection had been reset. Any offers what this means please.

I get that message from time to time. For some reason the phone lost the connection to the computer. Usually, if I quit everything, .... close iTunes, restart my phone and if needed, my Mac, that will fix it. Sometimes just closing iTunes and relaunching fixes it for me.
