I have IPhone 6
I tried to download iOS 12.4 via my phone , it went through halfway, but it’s telling me 8 seconds remaining for about 8 hours.
i don’t know what to do, maybe I should cancel it and start all over...

Yes, but this time do so with your iPhone connected to a computer with iTunes.
