Sync Outlook client to iphone app

I have an imap email account in my outlook client and the same one on my iphone. However, I am unable to sync them. Most instructions say to go to the iphone settings and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars but that is not in my settings. Can someone help?

Please go to Settings > Password & Account > Outlook > [Enable which ever is required]
