Hi, I am having some problems with my phone.. the screen is freezing on me more and more often. A lot of times during the day while using my phone pressing the buttons won’t work( not just letters) even when I go to turn it off , the screen freezes on my and won’t swipe off and I have to hit cancel even though that is not the option I want. It is typing letters out of the blue and I need help. Even writing this was a hassle.

Depending on how long you have had your phone for, it may subject to water damage or possibly your sensors degrading. I would definitely take it to Apple and have them run a diagnostic for you.
